Bidding System

The bidding system gathers your supplier and sub-contractor bids and formulates it into a readable structure where you can then select the bids you want to use, and then generate an estimate. The estimating system will be very powerful and forgiving with many options to help you generate and print your clients estimate quickly.

The bidding system is connected to the Plan Center. To gain bids, you must send a request for the bids, sending optional documents for the bidder to view.

We are currently working on our bidding system. Most of the ground work is in place with a few more details to get working before it becomes available. By May 2009 this system will be running.

As we move forward, we will continue to add features to make it one of the most useful tools you will use in quickly put together your job quotes. While this will be used for custom home builders, our focus is also on home remodelers as the need to gain quotes is important and necessary for each remodel job as they are different every time.
