Q. Will you setup my website so it is ready for the Internet?

Without having you lift a finger, we do everything from site design to complete content. However, if you already have a site or other documentation, we will take your information and create a new professional home builders website using your pictures and content. Either way, we do the work so you don't have to.

Q. Can I make changes to my own website if I want?

You sure can. Simply login, select the page you want to work on and begin typing. Yes, it really is that simple. Of course, if you want to add images, link to other pages and sites, the editor can do all that too very easily. Add more pages, even several levels of pages. Your website will continue to grow with your company.

Be careful with other website hosts, when they talk about changing or editing their web sites, most of them are not talking about your standard page content, but the community database, which of course can be edited. With our sites you can edit and add pages and content, as well as edit and add communities, home listings, model homes and more.

Q. Do you use BuilderAdmin.com for your communities like many others?

No. We have built our own system which is not available to any other home builder website host. The economy has changed, and while we can provide dynamic community content for large production home builders, our focus is currently on helping smaller custom builders and home remodelers portray a professional look on the Internet.

Our system does a lot more than BuilderAdmin.com which main focus and design is for production builders and real estate professionals. Our system is included with your home builders website - not an add-on for more money and maintenance fees. We provide you with a one complete package that includes everything. Anything else is a gimmick and a way to nickle and dim a client who wants or needs more.

Q. How much does a home builders website cost?

There is a one time $150.00 setup fee. This pays for our time to design and build a site that is uniquely for you, using some of your images, colors and logo to personalize it. If you need a logo, we will design one for you for free.

There is a monthly hosting fee of $24.95 to host your website as well as host the Content Management System (CMS) integrated into your website for no additional cost.

Q. Can I depend on you for service and longevity?

Concerning service, you will not find someone more willing and capable to make sure any issues that arise are taken care of immediately. We are here to help you in any way possible. Some of our clients have never opened the on-line editor to make changes to their site, that's ok, it doesn't take us long to add content for you - for free.

Concerning longevity, we have been building web sites for builders since 1999/2001, with a background of programming since 1988, and have expanded to other occupations in the construction industry and other industries. Maintaining web sites does take a bit of work, but because we have very little overhead you can rest assured that we will be around for a long time.

Q. How did you as a designer/builder get involved with web sites?

As a home designer I wanted to find a way to offer services no other design firm was offering, so I developed a web site for myself so that builders and their clients could login and view their house plans during the design phase. This was such a big hit that I further decided to set these systems up on sites made available to the builders we worked for. Everything we now offer, I use myself as a builder to better communicate with my clients. Everything we now offer in our builder websites is also used throughout my daily tasks to get bids and instruct my sub-contractors about a job.

Q. What makes your sites different than others?

Throughout the years I have learned a great deal about what people are looking for in a builders website. The truth is, most people know very little or nothing about websites so they gravitate toward great service and presentation value with high expectations. There is the high cost web developers approach, or the Wal-Mart, do-it-yourself websites for very little. We continue to help these people from their very dissatisfied and bewildered experiences with something very practical, powerful and professional.

I am also artistic by nature and this helps me offer beautiful professional web sites that go beyond the expectations of my clients. Using the clients company colors and images, I put together a web site that typically exceeds the expectations and needs of our clients. Most of your photos have a more natural overtone, which require a site design to highly compliment your photos.

The biggest difference is our Home Listings or Community systems that we include that is designed to display homes you have for sale or sold, custom homes for current projects, a plan center where you and your clients can login to view, print and email their plans and so much more. Even large production builders like, Pulte, Allen Edwin Homes and others do not offer more from their website then what you could be offering your clients for a fraction of the cost.

Q. How will prospective home buyers find my site?

We have incorporated a very unique system designed to expand your website to many more pages of relevant content than you could first imagine. We will have this all setup for you, but here again, you can modify and add your own keyword phases that you think prospective home buyers are searching with while searching for home builders.
