The Home Listing system is where you enter and show off the homes you have sold, properties and homes under construction you currently have for sale.

The Home Listing system is one of the most powerful systems in use today. And because it is connected to your web site, changes, additions and removing listings all are reflected in your web site while maintaining your projects inside the control panel.

The Home Listing system defaults to simple properties for sale where ever they are located, however, you can add communities, phases and properties to better organize the display on your web site.

A live location map shows the location of each community and individual lots and properties. You can setup communities as cities, areas, or by community estates, showing each lot on a plot map.

The front end to your listings on your web site shows a live map as well as the communities where your prospective home buyer can start their home and property search. There are a number of ways site visitors can get to the information they seek, and back again. While other systems leave people hanging as to where to go, our system is made so your site visitor does not get lost, wondering where to go next.

Your model homes or specific house plans can be connected to each community. And with the Options system, prospective home buyers can select a home they like, select a property they like and marry (join) them in the options system. But it doesn't end there, they can then select from a list of options to apply to their home and property selection and find our their monthly costs as well as the totals for the package.

You don't need to be a high volume builder to take advantage of this system, even if you only build a few homes each year, or half or all of what you do is remodeling, this system is a great way to show off your work, and give people the opportunity to travel and see your completed homes, or a project you are currently working on.
