House Plans System

The House Plan system is different from the home listing system in that it is meant to show off your model homes, or house plans that you build from.

Prospective home buyers can use the search form to filter they desired in the home they would like and click the search buttom. A list of homes that meet the crteria will be listed for them to look at, clicking the image will bring them into the complete details for the house plans.

If you do have a few or many house plans you would like to show off, this is the system to do that, moreover, you can apply house plans or model home plans to one or more communities. From the community system, prospective home buyers can click on a link to view the typical model home plans used in that specific community. You can even select different types or sizes of homes or condominiums for separate phases or areas.

If you do not have any house plans, we include over 500 to start with, ranging in size from 900 square foot starter homes, to homes over 4000 square feet. These are all optional, but they will give your site visitors something to look at and possibly talk to you about building. Use them to draw ideas from, or if someone would happen to like one as is, or with a few modifications, we can help you with that also.

The administration control panel has some very powerful tools to help you put photos and floor plans up on your site. If you need help, give us a call, we are always here to help you make your site all it can be. You can add amenities and options to your house plans if like. On the front side, your web site visitors can click through a number of areas to gain the information they want. They can even mirror reverse the plans to see them as they would want the house to sit on their property.
