Options System

While the demand for high volume building has gone down, that should not stop you from investing some time setting up your house options. The options system is just what is says it is, options. You can setup options on an existing home, one that is ready to build or on your model homes.

If you are about to start a new home that will be put for sale, you can apply a default options package to the home to offer options while the home is under construction. As you move forward throughout construction, the system will slowly drop the options that no longer fit into the schedule. However, if you would have a prospective home buyer interested in the home, you can guide them through your site and allow them to select what options are still available at the time.

If you have property for sale, or know some Realtors that would like if you would show off property on your web site, you can use the options system on your house plans, or model home plans and allow prospective home buyers to marry (join) the model home to a property. From there the visitor can select from a list of options available to that home and price out the house.

If the client wishes to save the list, they can login and add it to their favorites. In fact they can even create more lists to compare options and prices.
