The Plan Center is our flagship system. The Plan Center was the first to be used by many builders back in 2002 when we first developed it under a Microsoft Database.

The concept has not changed under the new system, however, we have added a lot more functionality and accessibility to all your contacts and setting up your print house(s).

The Plan Center is a digital plan room or document center where you, your sub-contractors and even your clients can access to view, email and print house plans and other documents.

The Plan Center is connected to the Bidding system. This is the place where you will administrate the process of getting bids, sending emails to your subs with optional documents and ordering large scale prints from your local print house (reprographer).

You will find the Plan Center to be an invaluable tool in your daily business tasks because it takes a lot of the extra explaining of jobs, locations and details out of the way and adds this information to the emails it sends out.

When a new job needs to be bid out, or ready for construction, simply checking the names you want to include, writing a small note and clicking the send button will send emails out letting them know what it going on, or changing or whatever the need.

Your sub-contractors, prospects and customers will access the Plan Center through your web site. Subs will see a list of ever growing projects to work on, while your prospects and customers can only access their own project.
